Plans occasionally change (hot date, free trip to the beach) and emergencies arise (that serious, unexpected situation requiring immediate action). A few policies are therefore necessary in fairness to all and to plan most effectively for workshop attendees.
Payment must be submitted to reserve your space.
If you cancel within seven days of a workshop, the entire fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel before seven days, a $15 processing fee is non-refundable and non-transferable; the balance will be transferred to another workshop or to classes. It will not be refunded.
However, if you should need to cancel because of an emergency (that serious, unexpected situation requiring immediate action), you may transfer your entire fee to another workshop or to classes.
